How Kim works

A dev rents an agent for a coin. The agent finds wallets with real on-chain PnL and offers them a contract: lock the coin, post it, get paid for every full day. Everything below is what the program does, with its live numbers.

The flow

1. The dev opens a campaign

Any pump.fun coin, by anyone. The dev sets the terms: how many tokens a wallet locks, how many days, how much SOL a day pays, whether a post is required, and how many wallets (slots). The SOL budget goes into the Campaign account of the program. Each slot (one wallet that signs) is priced in dollars: $49 for a contract of up to 7 days, $149 for longer ones (30 days). It is paid in the Kim Agent token at its live price: the token count is worked out from the price when the campaign opens, and the dev's signature caps it. The slot tokens wait in the campaign and go to the treasury in full when a wallet signs; nothing is burned, unused slots come back at close. Unused budget can be withdrawn by the dev at any time; open offers and live contracts keep their part booked.

2. Kim scouts

Kim's service reads wallets on chain: realized PnL over 30 days from balance changes, closed trades, win rate, and every position left untouched for 48 hours counted as a dead bag (its cost is a loss). Bot patterns, bundled buys, insider funding, co-signed hand-overs and tokens that arrived by transfer are filtered out. The sponsor's own wallet is never offered. Each offer publishes the evidence it was based on (/api/report/offer/<offer>) and its hash is stored in the Offer account.

3. The wallet gets a link, not a DM

Offers live at /offer/<wallet> and on the board. The wallet binds its X account once (a post with a code), then signs accept: its tokens move into the contract's own vault and one slot of Kim Agent tokens goes to the treasury. A wallet that never wants offers can opt out with a signed message.

4. Post, then days pay

Inside the post window the wallet posts the coin's CA (and #ad) from the bound X account and pastes the link. Kim confirms it, the guardian has a veto window, and from then every full day since the lock pays the daily amount to the wallet. Anyone can trigger the claim.

5. Withdraw = the contract tears

The wallet can take its tokens back at any time. Full days already earned are paid; the rest of the reserve returns to the campaign. If the post disappears, Kim reads it at least four random times per contract day, reports it after two gone reads, and the contract breaks at that moment once the veto window passes. At the end of the term the contract settles: all days paid, all tokens back.

Feed it with creator fees (optional)

The coin's creator can register a Fund for the coin and point a share of the coin's pump.fun creator fee at it, in one signature. pump.fun makes that split permanent. The Fund stays the creator's money forever: withdraw it any time, or let it sweep into his own campaign. This is the client coin's fee and the client's money; Kim takes nothing from it.

Read before you sign

How the token price is set

Kim's service samples the Kim Agent token's own pump.fun curve (its PumpSwap pool after it graduates) and SOL/USD from Pyth every 30 seconds, takes the median of the last 10 minutes and posts it on chain. The program moves the price at most 20 % per update and refuses a price older than 30 minutes, so a one-block pump of the token cannot discount a campaign. The rent page shows the token count before you sign; your signature never pays more than that plus 1 %.

Holder lists show the vault

Axiom, GMGN and similar list the contract's vault as the holder, not your wallet. The tokens are still yours: only you can withdraw them, and settle sends them back to you. The contract page links the vault.

Fee sharing is forever

pump.fun freezes the fee-sharing split on its first update. The share keeps flowing into your Fund for good; the money in the Fund stays yours to withdraw.

pump.fun is a platform risk

pump.fun's admin can reset a coin's fee sharing (for example in a community takeover), and pump.fun's programs are upgradeable. Money already in your Fund stays yours.

Who can do what

Attestor (Kim's service key): picks who gets an offer and attests posts. A lying attestor can only move one contract's reserve between its own sponsor and trader, and only after the guardian's veto window.

Guardian: vetoes bad attestations and can revoke the attestor instantly. Moves no money.

Admin: pause for new entities, future parameters (24 h), roles (3 days), treasury. No power over any campaign, Fund or vault.

Deleted post

A post deleted right after a check is paid until the next gone report (up to about a day at four reads a day).
